It has been found that the livestock species suffer from poor estrous symptoms, acyclicity, anoestrous, repeat breeding and overall low reproductive efficiency mainly due to hormonal imbalances, that too not only on summer season but also throughout the year beside other factors. This poor performance of reproductive phenomena incur huge economic losses to the farmer in the form of offspring count, milk yield, meat, wool etc that can be effectively managed and improved with the use of this product(“Reprovardhak”). The manipulation of endocrine secretion plays the most crucial role for augmentation in reproduction in animal species. And for all the animals, it is essential to attain optimum endocrine profile to reach desired reproductive status and in turn successful pregnancy. So, this special product ‘Reprovardhak’ can potentially induce estrous in large and small ruminants as per the livestock keeper’s desirable time and ranch management convenience which provides huge flexibility to manipulate and augment reproductive efficiency. As a technology this product “Reprovardhak” should be used as per our newly recommended “ProKisAna Protocol” for estrous induction/synchronization in animals. The dosages and the route of administration of this formulation will be provided along with the protocols for the targeted species (namely, sheep, goat, cattle, buffalo and pigs). In ‘ProKisAna Protocol’, to initiate the procedure in animal one injection for priming (commercially available synthetic prostaglandins) shall be given on ‘day 0’, and then on ‘day 2’ our product ‘Reprovardhak’ needs to be administered. Within 18 to 56 hours (as per the recommended dose and route) the animal will come into desired estrous (standing heat) condition.
