With changing lifestyles, greater awareness about health and preference for baked food items have made cake very popular and an item of mass consumption. Sorghum cakes have been prepared at IIMR using 100% sorghum flour and adding superior quality fat, sugar, eggs and chocolate/vanilla essence.
