CIAE Tractor Drawn Rotary Assisted Broad Bed Former-cum-Seeder
In vertisols, seedbed preparation for forming broad or narrow bed is a very difficult task. For good quality beds, 10 mm CMW diameter of seedbed is required. However, in vertisols getting 10 mm CMW diameter is slightly difficult. In heavy and cloddy soil conditions ongoing bed shaping (sliding type) may not be successful. In this machine rolling type shaper has been used which is suitable for vertisols also. It is having rolling type bed shaping device which has also been used as power wheel which is a special feature of this seed drill. Dumbbell shape shaper has better metering performance as compared to traditional power wheels. This machine can be used with or without rotavator.
