DRR Dhan- 66, a NIL line of MTU 1010 with >95% background recovery and tolerance to Low soil Phosphorous possessing QTL- Pup1. It has seed to seed maturity of 120-125 days and recorded average grain yield advantage of + 24.42 %, + 24.08 % and +36.32 %andweighted average superiority + 21.90 %, +23.59% and +36.32%over the recurrent parent, MTU 1010 under 60 kg/ha, 40 kg/ha and 20 kg/ha application of phosphorous. DRR Dhan 66 possesses long-slender grain type with good HRR of 70.8 %, amylose content 23.70%, GC64 and ASV 4.0and is comparable to the recurrent parent, MTU 1010 in all the grain and cooking quality parameters. ?
